    corn on the cob

    Hi

    Everyone, just starting atkins again, i've been searching for my book and can't seem to find it. Could anyone one tell me if i can have corn on the cob. On induction. I will keep looking for my book by time i have raided the house i don't think i'll need to diet

      You can not eat Corn on the cob whilst doing Induction. Follow the link below to see what can be eaten on Induction.

      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          Corn is alas, is a vegetable with a high carb content. Give it a pass for now.
