I haven't weighed myself in 5 days...but the thing is, I don't want to weigh myself at all!
I'm scared that since I don't have that much weight to lose, when I eventually look at the scale, I will be disappointed and want to throw in the towel..
that is what happened the first time around and gave up after 4 weeks...i told myself that if i went back to a low calorie diet and exercised like a nut then it would be easier...well it didnt work and I gained all my weight back..

Don't be so hard on yourself sometimes it takes longer to loose weight than other times and even if you don't loose now. you might loose very soon I read on one of the threads that if you give up cheese weigh falls of quiker works for some but not all this diet works it really does sometimes you have to look at what you are eating and make small changes.
you can do it !
