  • Day 3 and all is well...

Things are going great with my plan so far. I think having my son and daughter doing this with me is making all the difference in the world. They have gotten excited about it and are following Induction just as they should We have had several talks about what we can have and not have and I'm very surprised at how well they've received it.

What's better this time too, is having learned that asparatame is NOT my friend. Splenda all the way this time and so far I'm not having a bit of trouble. With asparatame I had daily headaches and wound up having respiratory problems.

A little tired this morning, but part of that may just be the old thyroid problems. I don't think this is the lethargic day that I'm expecting to hit in a couple of days as a result of low-carbing. Excited about my food plan for today though!

Have a good one everybody )

2nd Week Induction Goal - Closely monitor water intake, remember to contact doctor for appointment for self and daughter for early March

            Well done, Judy
It is great that you have your family with you on this enterprise
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Wow! Thank you all for such wonderful support! It means so much to me to know that I can come here and get the support I need, while hopefully offering the same to others too. Thanks for cheering me on and I do the same for all of you!

              We can do it together!
