Yeah! The worst part if behind you...it should get a little easier each day now and if you had Induction Flu, it should be getting better.
Congratulations!! Keep up the good work!!

Re: Day 3 of 14 - Induction
Atkineers are not scale slaves. The scale cannot measure metabolic processes. Weigh once in the beginning and again at the end of your two week induction.
Rely on your tape measure and how your clothing fits as your means of monitoring your success.
There will be many many times on your Atkins journey when the scale
doesn't move and that doesn't mean anything. Free yourself from that archaic and meaningless ritual along with the carbage.
You can lose entire sizes on Atkins and never see any scale movement.
Please make sure you have read the 2002 DANDR and also read all the stickys at the top of the induction forum. Good luck!

Re: Day 3 of 14 - Induction
Welcome back to Onederland. Sharon!!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
