My first week of Induction is complete. I wasn't that bad getting back on the low carb wagaon. It wasn't a clean Induction, though, I am still a huge snacker in the evening, so I did eat peanuts on a few nights.
As of today, I am down to 152, that is 7 for this week. For me, the second week produces a smaller drop typically, so I am hoping for a total of 10 for my 2 weeks.
