    Are my sore legs due to potassium?

    My legs are REALLY weak/sore...

    Some people have reported that potassium solves their leg CRAMPS but this is different.

    My legs are just REALLY weak... its like I can hardly lift them sometimes and I have to walk REALLY slow.

    Any advice?

      Has this been going on for a long time? Or did it just start with this WOL? You may be having the induction flu which will get better, but if this has been happening over time personally I would have it checked out by a doctor. I take potassium for my legs and Requip, but my legs have been week, sore, achy for years...

          It ALWAYS happens when I'm on induction. Last time it was bad but I think I just took more potassium and it went away.

              Before you go swallowing potassium supplements be warned: too little potassium is as bad as too much potassium.

                  Thats the junk leaving your body. Its the same feeling a person can get when they cheat and go off of Atkins. I know exactly what you're talking about.
