    This is what I've eaten today....am I on the right track?

    2 Boiled Eggs

    Cheese and chicken with one egg


    Cheese Salad



    Fish, carrots and Broccoli



    Chicken Breast

    I'm also drinking gallons of water on top of all this

    Following the book, everything is ok, except for the carrots. They are not allowed until after induction.

      actually you want to have some of your veggie carbs at every meal so you are spreading out your carbs and fueling up all day long. right now with just 3 cups it doesn't seem important but when you hit OWL and add back all the veggies ( according to Dr Atkins goalies have 6-8 cups of veggies a day) it can be a big deal.

      yep carrots are out until the starchy veggie rung in OWL.

      Check your DANDR chapter 11 acceptable foods lists to see all the healthy low carb low glycemic index veggies you can have in your 3 cups every day.

        Are you eating enough? Are you full? You don't state some of your portions or when you eat this food. More details please. If you are hungry all the time, you aren't eating enough or balancing your meals well enough. How are you feeling when you finish a meal?

              Everything looks good to me except the carrots. Also, you need to up your fat. Also, make sure you don't have more than 3 to 4 ounces of cheese per day.
