so i lost a bunch doing induction, i felt great. Ive gained a few back because i started adding food back in. i'm going back to induction tomorrow. Ive still been hitting the gym like crazy. I can lift 15-20lbs more on every muscle group then when i started. I know that could have been why a few pounds have come back but i need to see the scale go the other way.
i'm starting tomorrow. i'm going to measure again and not weight for 14 days. i'm so excited.
