well I had lost a total of 9 lbs in 7 days.. the past two days I have stayed the same.. but I am still in TOM still
so today we went to store to get a few things we needed and hubby comes back with some brownies and sweets.. I been good and avoiding them.. we ate out at mcdonalds but I looked at their nutritional facts first and got the ceasar salad and no croutons.. with the dressing ended up at about 16carbs.. sooo all is wlel.. but than hubby brought me hot wings from Domino's he has a part time.. and brought pizza to the kids and him.. well I ate my chicken and than after my lil one was done with his piece I ate a few botes of his slice (about 1/4 slice maybe 1/2 slice) I felt horribly guilty after I swallowed it and felt like I was about to gain all 9 lbs back
I suffered form anorexia and bulimia while younger and felt like reversing to some old habits buti made myself stop!
Just wondering am I going to gain all the weight back because of my slip? or just a couple of lbs until i get back in ketosis? This sucks I am sooo dumb .. Ughhhh!
