              Well done!!
Weightloss tends to stop and start from day to day with even occasional gains without visible reason, so carry on for your 14 days and dont worry if the scales go up somedays.
In fact if you can resist getting on the scales till Day 14 of induction you will be doing yourself a favour and cutting out the worrying!!
Your after-day-14 weightloss number will show you what your metabolic resistance is if you check it against the chart in DANDR and help you find your CCLL.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Awww hun, i'm so proud of you, that is fantastic

                  Keep up the good work.

I'm only going to drink water and nothing but water, that way I will have more chance of drinking those 2 ltrs per day.

My first day starts tomorrow. I've just measured myself and i'm going to weigh myself first thing in the morning.

You haven't put what your stats are, if you are starting out at 165 maybe I would be worried but by your loss I would have to guess you are starting out at maybe 240 or so, if that is the case, no need to worry, just cause to celebrate.
                    Great Job! Keep it up.

As Atkid said, without knowing how much weight you have to lose we cant really comment on whether it is a healthy rate of loss for you.
Why not add your start/current/goal weights to your signature so we can see it and be able to advise you better?
To do this choose the link called 'User CP' then 'Edit signature' and add the info there then save your changes and it will appear at the end of each of your posts.

Don't be too worried. Probably just water.. you'll start to stabilize and then loose at a fairly regular pace...

Some people see BIG losses the first week, none the second, and then steady losses after that. I've had about the same experience.

I'm moving into my 5th week on OWL and weight is moving off at a fairly regular pace.

That is wonderful! Don't be concerned....the only concern you should have is your clothes being too big soon and you'll have to buy some new ones Congrats, that is awesome! Keep up the wonderful work!
