  • PC Fitday

    Hi everybody,

Does anybody have the PC version of fitday? I have read online about the more extensive reports it has, but that seems to be about it. I was thinking of making the purchase, but thought I would talk to you fine folks first!

    Thanks

No comment about PC fitday from me, but I'm trying to decide if I should move this thread to a forum (like the Main Forum or the Techie Forum) so it will be seen by more people..........

        Re: PC Fitday

I have pc fitday and like it.
It does have more reports but also it has other improvements to the online free version.
        Some of which are:
you can get it to deduct your fibre and give a net carb count
when entering recipes you just set up a 'new custom' then drag/drop your ingredients easily.
you can enter more custom foods and favourites - not discovered how many yet but I am up to several screenfuls so far!
As well as this it has a good 'history' section where you can look back to days ago and quickly choose foods you ate then.
When you want to enter activities you can set up 'custom' exercise by drag/drop - so you can make one entry for a whole session of varying activities/intensity if you do a regular routine, saving time on inputting them each day.
Offhand I cant think of any others but I am sure other users will chime in with their opinions.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
