Went grocery shopping tonight with my husband, bought the things i am supposed to eat but it was tough looking at all the stuff i love to eat, the different Breakfast cereals and goodies, fresh fruit, i almost said, "screw it, i cant do this", but i hung in there, came home and got on this site for strength. I'm hoping that by taking it one day at a time it gets easier. ok, ive vented. 








I also have a special shelf in my pantry that is ALL for me, and I try to keep it stocked with "legal" foods that I can have every once in awhile. I never thought that I would enjoy so many new tastes and textures - but when you start to eat healthier and are willing to try new things - you find that your tastes also start to change. (I recently had a meltdown moment over Easter
