Post one of your typical menues in the "review my menu" forum. Be sure to include amounts (ex. 3 ounces cream cheese or 4 tablespoons salad dressing).
What I've noticed is that the lingering fatigue is due to
1.not enough water (sodas, teas, etc. don't count towards the daily water requirement)
2.no multivitamin supplement
3.veggies limited to the very low to non-existent carb veggies like lettuce
4.the monthly menstrual cycle (women's issue obviously)~Megs~
