HOORAY that there aren't any Atkins food products where you live! You won't be tempted to fall into that trap. They're a waste of your money anyway! LOL

There are TONS of low carb recipes in the forums for practically all of the foods that are no longer legal....you just have to re-teach yourself how to cook without all the "Frankenfood" (processed, laboratory made, carb-laden foods)

Be sure to read all the stickies at the top of the forum and follow the plan the way it was intended, eating fresh meats and vegetables, cheeses, eggs etc. and you'll be slimming down in no time at all. Good luck!

goodluck honey, yu can do it!!!!!!!!! you're lucky that you found this board, it has a wealth of info. you will be at goal in no time. you DONT need atkins food, read your DANDR (dr. atkins new diet revolution) eat the foods in the list, and none are atkins. dr. a suggest that you stick with the list anyway, especially during induction.

Congratulations, girl! As the others have said, consdier the lack of Atkins products as a blessing, this way you will be encouraged to cook your own fresh, healthy meals instead of eating the preprocessed foods.

Good luck and see you around!
