You can do this! Now that the whining is out, pick yourself up and move on. Don't beat yourself up. Keep going!

Can you work out what in particular made you waver from your induction plans?
What happened when your folks visited that made you eat off plan?

If you can narrow it down to a specific situation or person's attitude you might be able to work out a strategy for damage limitation next time

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Company meals are tempting. I eat regular meals on holidays, when family and friends are visiting. I luckily don't gain any weight back, I just slow the weight losing process down a little bit.

I find that dwelling in the mistake is as harmful as the mistake itself.
You have the strength to do this.

Thank you ladies ... No more whining.. going to get right to it..I'm in control of what goes in my mouth, so it's pretty lame to blame it on my company! That's only an excuse I'm sure, just an easy way out..

          So.. Chug-a-Lug it is..
