My mom brought some over and said that it was low carb. I ate about a cup and a half with NO bun. I then asked her what was in it She said she made a huge batch with 2 large roasts. She also put in two packets of italian dry seasoning (that you get in the dressing isle). and other spices. Okay what do you think the carb count would be. Was it really low carb? I think i messed up!

It's been a long time since I read a packet of the Italian dressing. So, you might want to look and see what it is.

It sounds like it was mostly meat, so I wouldn't worry about it.
