    Re: day 1 of Induction

Welcome to our ADBB family, Rico
Have you read the instruction manual (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution) ? We work from the 2002 edition on this board.
If so oyu will have read the list of foods we are allowed to choose from on induction and the 'rules' of induction showing which foods are limited and what quantity a day you are allowed.
I found it very helpful to print a cooy of the rules and the allowed foods list to have with me whenever I shopped for food or ate out.
If it isn't on the list make sure you dont eat it and you should be fine!! You dont really need luck if you follow the rules
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

          Re: day 1 of Induction

Welcome Rico. Atkins is amazing. Do a clean induction and you will find out for yourself. Be sure to keep yourself full, and drink plenty of water. Congratulations for having a trainer - I'm impressed!

Remember with Atkins to focus on the tape measure, and how your clothing is getting looser than looser rather than the scale. You can lose entire sizes and see no scale movement at all.
