  • Day 14 weigh in and a little help for others

well the first 14 days are up and i had my weigh in, down 15 pounds !!! i can feel a difference in my clothes already. For anyone just starting off its the only motivation you'll need to keep at it.

i'm going to stay on induction for another 4 weeks, i reallly want to get the weight down as i have a full closet of lovley ( and expensive) clothes that will fit me if i do.

here is a tip, buy a pair of jeans one size to small and make it your goal to fit into them in a COMFORTABLE manner, i have done this with one of my favourite pairs that don't fit me, i have them where i see them every morning when i get it and i just say another day closer to them and i work hard and eat right that day.

and forget 14 days etc, take it one day at a time and work hard, in the evening sit down with a treat, a nice de caff with cream or the like and give yourself a pat on the back for another day well done.

good luck to all the newbies and remember one day at a time with a goal other than weight, see the iches sometimes come off but the scales don't show it, if your in the gym working out your muscle density will increase and muscle weighs more than fat so you may loose inches but not pounds.

thats why the clothes goal is good as it doesn't matter about the scales, the fit of your clothes is a ture test, less of you meant less fat !!!!

    once again good luck,

    Ron.
