I think Fitday has the possibility of being a great tool but I don't have much time to search for what I want to enter and it is driving me nuts. This morning I had 3 strips of bacon, so I type in bacon in Fitday and it comes up with "bacon on a biscuit" and some type of raw bacon (who would eat that?) and cooked bacon where bacon is measured in cups - who eats a cup of bacon? Do you guys have issues in finding the appropriate quantities in Fitday or am I missing something obvious.

Re: Issues with fitday.com
There is a drop down tab when you get the correct food you want. It almost always starts out w/ a cup.... just click on the tab & you will se other options like slice .... then just change the quanity to the right # . Hope that helps

Re: Issues with fitday.com
You can also change the 1 cup to .1 cup or whatever. Another resource is the USDA nutrient database. http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ While neither is ALL that great in tems of a lot of foods you might be interested in don't show up, while zillions you'd NEVER eat do, the USDA does offer extensive nutrient details for what is in there.~Susan
