    Just thought I would drop you all a line and let you know that i'm still here, even though I am quiet.

    My Atkins book arrived today and so did TOM ~ I'm going to be honest and tell you that I had 6 little oat cakes y'day and a bar of chocolate last night because I felt so ill due to my TOM headache. Today I feel so fat and horrible and I looked terrible too. I feel like i've gained 100 lbs in a week

    I'm going to sit down the w/e and read DANDR from front to back and get organized and IN CONTROL. I've also got Atkins For Life too, which both arrived today whilst I was at work. I do want to do this so badly. Tomorrow i've got ham and cheese for breakfast and salad of celery, white cabbage, red pepper and raddishes for lunch with some salami. I think once i've got my meals planned that will make it a lot easier for me.

    Good for you!
    Planning your menus is half the battle won!!

      it does get a lot easier once you plan your menus. thats great that your going to read your books. that should help also. great job!

        Great accountability but do remember to speak lovingly to yourself. Guilt is never empowering. In the future just choose some Atkins friendly foods to nuture yourself with during TOM.

        Good work getting organized. You are correct. It is much easier to do Atkins with planning. You are doing well.
