Well i'm so proud of myself, everyone at work is eating the cakes that a colleague has brought in and i've actually turned it down ~ something i've NEVER done before!
I had chicken tikka pieces on a mixed sald with cucumber slices. I love to dip the chicken in mayonnaise and imagine how different it would taste if I was on my old lowfat (stayfat) diet!!

Doing good today had 2 eggs and 2 sausage patties for breakfast with decaf coffee then a cobb salad for lunch and oh maybe 40 to 60 oz of water so far today.
