    A gorgeous salad of white cabbage, red and green peppers, raddishes, celery and pepperoni with a big dollop of mayo and i'm really enjoying it.

    How is everyone else getting on today?

    I'm doing well thanks Lou,

    Had eggs and mushrooms for breakfast,

    3 pints of water throughout the morning and now tucking into a homemade chicken and ham salad.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Well i'm so proud of myself, everyone at work is eating the cakes that a colleague has brought in and i've actually turned it down ~ something i've NEVER done before!

        Well done, Lou!!

        I had chicken tikka pieces on a mixed sald with cucumber slices. I love to dip the chicken in mayonnaise and imagine how different it would taste if I was on my old lowfat (stayfat) diet!!

          Doing good today had 2 eggs and 2 sausage patties for breakfast with decaf coffee then a cobb salad for lunch and oh maybe 40 to 60 oz of water so far today.
