Hi everyone! I am doign14-days extended induction, and I have not weighted my self since sunday, I only lost 1/2 pound on my first 12 days.
I exercise a lot, I mean like 5-6 times a week. I am only 4'11" and I usually run the elliptical 60 minutes or do Boot Camp elite for 1 hour(2 dvd's) and then allways some Pilates (either 20 or 40 more minutes)
My usual menu is something like this:
Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1 flax seed bun , decaf coffee, some butter on the bun
snack: veggies w/olive oil or turkey (no mayo this week)
lunch: either chicken or fish w/ veggies
snack: more veggies with olive oil
dinner: same as lunch
I am watching portions, taking my multivitamin and oils, not cheating, but i feel heavy on the legs, must be all the workouts, howvere I dont want to weight myself because I am afraid I gain weight.
My waistline and hips seems to be smaller. I can feel it but I feel like my legs are so heavy because of the muscle
Should I just give a rest to the work outs or work out less, I dont want to feel heavy. My main goal was to lose only 10 pounds. Now I dont know. If I keep gaining, I know is muscle but still is discouraging
