Hi everyone
I am in my third day of induction and doing great so far, I've lost three pounds and I feel fantastic! I am just curious though if I am allowed to eat almonds during this time? I wasn't sure but I was told by a couple of people I could have both cheese and almonds as a quick snack. Also, I absolutely hate drinking water so I've been adding the Crystal Light packets to my bottled water but I was reading on here that it's not always good to drink stuff with substitute sweeteners in them because your body will actually turn them into carbs or what not. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get my daily intake of water without having to dread it?
