Normally yes on both counts, but check the ingredients since I don't know how they're formulated in your neck of the woods.

With regards to the Pork Rinds, make sure you limit your intake to about a handful a day, as they are a so salty and will really not help your water retention.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
SF Jello--not good for induction as it's sweetened with aspartame and not the Splenda, sweetener of choice. Either make your own Jello with Splenda (and thus count it towards your three sweetener a day limit) or nix it (it's a potential stall factor anyway).

Then I gained some back, but let's not talk about that, shall we? 194.6/193.2/177.5/120 http://www.myspace.com/kipprulez http://reversevampire.vox.com
I have been told to forego the sf jello for the first 2 weeks as it could stall my weight loss. It isn't actually on the list of acceptable foods. There are several recipes for sf homemade jello online that would be more induction friendly. Such as splenda sweetened soda mixed with gelatin. If you google it, you may find some recipes.
Thanks for the brilliant idea about making my own. We have splenda sweetened orange crush here and that would work well with gelatin.
OMG I love this board. It was a fluke I found it. I am so happy I did. I feel hopeful for the first time in ages. I have only ever lost about 20 lbs Lowcarbing, and then I just give up and regain it. I have done this 3 times. I have about 60-70 lbs to lose.
