iam new and still don't have a recipe book for atkins .any way that a side , what can i use to make hamburger with, on induction or does any one have a nice recipe for it i have the ground beef

Till someone posts their favourite recipe in this thread you could pop down to the recipes forums and take a look through what is there, or click on the 'recipes' link at the top of the page.
You could always post a request on the 'recipe request' forum for some advice too.
