  • Pepperoni...(I know im a pain)

    Im trying to get back in the swing of things from pre-pregnancy and I remembered eating Pepperoni Chips (microwaved) as a snack. It says they have 0 carbs, but I know they probably do. How many carbs should I count pepernoi as?

    Mini Goal: 229 MET!!!!

    Restarting the Atkins WOL after pregnancy.
    Lost over 65 pounds last year b/c of Atkins.

    Check the serving size on the package. Then you can either count the serving as 1 net carb or 0.5 net carbs.

    Pepperoni is rather salty so if you're a water retainer, you might want to limit it.

      For most brands it takes about ten slices to get all the way up to a carb. I'd say check them out in a hidden carbs calculator to get the most accurate answer.
