  • recipes on inductions

    Sorry to be a pain about recipes ,
    just had a look at the recipe site, the food looks great
    only one thing most of the recipes have a lot of onion and other ingredients that we can not use on induction . my question is ,is there a site or area on this board that set out recipes into induction,owl.

    I use lots of recipes and just leave out the items that aren't allowed.

    You can have onion, btw, it's a one cup veg. As for recipes, there are numerous site. i google atkins recipes and get a bunch of hits.
