  • Fitday question....

    Hi all. i've been using fit day to keep track of my carbs...but i'm just wondering if i have to subtract the Grams of fiber from that, or is the number given already the NET amount of carbs??

    OH! Day 3 of induction.....5lbs gone forever! i'm soooo pleased, and forever hooked now.

    Thanks....you guys are all an inspiration!

      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
