Hey everyone
So I went shopping and decided to grab a can of Hershey's Cocoa Powder to mix with some butter and splenda because TOM is around the corner and I'm really craving sweet and salty foods. I am in the 10th day of induction so I was curious if this is safe? It only contains 3 carbs per TBSP and has 1 gram of Dietary Fiber so it's actually 2 carbs and mixed with 2 TBSP butter and 1 packet of Splenda would make it 3 carbs total. If this is safe for me to eat do I count that toward my daily 20 carbs?
While I was at the store I also bought a bag of Pork Rinds because I've been reading some peoples posts and they say it's safe to eat during induction because there are no carbs. They're kind of plain but it will work...
Thanks,
Kim
