Ok, i know, i know, i'm getting to be a pain in the @#$.....but i've got another question. I've been using fit day, and this morning i entered something and it was different then the counts that were on the label. so my question....which do i trust? Fitday or the label? Should i enter it as a custom food, or go with the closest search result from fitday?
