  • Appetite Diminishing..

Hi everyone! I have a question once again?? I made my lunch this afternoon which included Tuna, 1 cup sliced cucumber, 2 TBSP Mayo and 1 oz cheddar cheese but I hadn't even eaten half of it and I was full is this normal and am I supposed to eat all of it so I get the daily amount of fat?

    Thanks,
    ~Kim~

No just eat as much as you need and put the rest away in the fridge.

If you find you are hungry later on then you can eat some more.

As long as you eat some of each item it will keep your ratios balanced. So for instance dont just eat all the tuna, cheese and mayo but not the cucumbers, have half of all of them.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Some days you will be hungrier than others. Ketosis is a wonderful thing. Just keep each meal in the right fat range, and you should be fine. If you are still feeling a lack of hunger for a significant period of time and also suffer an associated lack of energy, you should consider perhaps moving to OWL immediately after the first 14 days. Other than that, I wouldn't make a problem where one does not necessarily exist.
