    how bad are energy pills for you on induction? ive spent the last two years addicted to energy drinks and im thinking energy pills cant be that bad.

    I dont know what is in them but would venture to suggest they would be bad!!

    Look at the ingredients on the pack then google for them individually to look for side effects etc or talk to your doctor before taking them.

      Addictions tend to be a bad thing, as a rule.

      I would not want to take up something that could lead to an addiction!

        if you have been having them for 2 yrs and need to do Atkins then they were not energizing you enough to lose your weight were they?

        Most energy drinks contain cafeine and caffeine will stimulate insulin production which if you read your Atkins you know causes fat storeage not fat burning!
        kick the habit and use your Atkins energy to help you become the smaller healthier person you want to be.
