i know i shouldnt have either on induction, but will i ever eventually be able to drink coffee or diet sodas and continue weight loss?

Diet sodas are just plain unhealthy but everyonce in awhile I have diet gingerale. You can have decaf coffee if you like, with a little heavy cream and splenda. Yumm
Do a squeeky clean induction and then you can start tweeking it.
