Hi everyone! and Happy Mother's Day to all the mom's on here
I am going to brunch this morning and it's pretty much the first time since being on Adkin's that I'm going to an actual buffet.. I am terrified!!! We go every year and I do know that they are going to be making omlets but I don't think the person making them is going to measure the cheese and veggies out for me so how can I make sure I don't overdue it? They're also going to be having the regular bacon and sausage but I'm sure the stuff they use is cured with sugar so should I just avoid that altogether? I have tons of other choices but I just don't want to overdue it because tomorrow is my last day in the induction phase and I'd hate to mess it up.. If you have any suggestions on what I should stick to please let me know.. I forgot to add they are serving prime rib too, is that allowed?
