    New Induction for Me

    Started a new Induction today and I have the determination. I'm a bit stressed with work this week but I thought because of the stress I need the dicipline also or else I'm just going to cave in.
    Weight today 279
    Drinkin my water already

    Lord, my dream is to lose this weight and to be healthier.

            Don't cave. It gets easier and sticking to Atkins is extremely beneficial.
