I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Well as of today. I'm back on induction.
You would think I would of learned by now. To stay away from the junk... But today is a new day & I just have to hope for the best.

You won't need luck if you stick to a clean induction. You will finally be giving your body permission to do what it does best - run a fuel efficient machine.
