    Sounds Yummy!!!

I have chicken slow roasting now. I am having chicken, fiddleheads, and perhaps some mockafoni and cheese I made a batch this weekend.

Dinner will be Machaca and eggs for me. (machaca is shredded beef with red chili) No tortillas, I just like the machaca.
Lord, my dream is to lose this weight and to be healthier.

I'm still debating between smoked pork chops and pork chops breaded in porkrinds and fried. Veggie will probably be steamed cauliflower with cheese and a salad with oil and vinegar.

Roasted chicken breast (with the skin all crispy of course), baked courgettes (zucchini) and some cherry tomatoes.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Strips of bison meat (I know, I'm a freak, I much prefer it to beef) stir-fried with broccoli in coconut oil, a dash of wheat-free tamari sauce, and for dessert - 2 Tbsp. of cream plus 1 Tbsp ground flax seed mixed up in the blender with ice and water. I don't usually drink milk, so I feel really full and it tastes really sweet.

Fried parsley? No, never tried that, but sounds cool. Will give it a go. Adore fried veggies. The sage leaves are the kind that are about the size of half your hand. They fry up a treat!

No access to gigantic sage here...But I have fried up the sage leaves I have.

Anyhow, dinner tonight is at a restaurant. Every few months my friends and I get together and eat out. Tonight we're either going to a Ruth's Chris' Steakhouse or to Morton's of Chicago. So, I'll order the house salad, whatever steammed veggie they offer and probably a petite fillet mignon.
