Are you cooking them the same way every morning? Personally, I don't think I could ever explore every feasible omelette combination. But really, there's no reason why you can't lunch or dinner type foods for breakfast as well. Try some sausage patties or munch on some turkey lunchmeat. Have an 8 oz. steak. Make some hollandaise sauce and put it over ham. I usually keep if very light if eating anything at all for breakfast and then eat an early lunch at around 11:00. Ironically most of my egg consumption is in the evening or for mid-afternoon snacks.

      Hi Leti

make sure you get the book, it makes a big difference when you understand how the metabolic process works.

this is a great website, lots of ideas:

just make sure you only make dishes with induction ingredients

I eat all sorts of things for my first meal. Dinner leftovers, tuna, eggs, bacon, whatever i feel like. I don't always eat "breakfast" foods for breakfast. The book is very informative on ketosis. Basically "Ketosis is a process in which your body converts fats into energy. During the conversion, ketones are produced as a by-product."

I eat leftovers for breakfast: chicken, pork chops (surprizingly good), stir-fry, etc.

Think outside of the box. Breakfast doesn't have to be eggs. I was reading a history of cooking book a month ago and I learned that eggs weren't a breakfast food in the US, until the mid 1800s. In fact, egg dishes were supper or lunch food!

                      Re: Breakfast While On Induction

My breakfast this morning was Beef Sausage Party Bites and an ounce of cheddar cheese. I have gotten to where I just have a snack type breakfast either hard boiled egg and cheese or ham slices and cheese something like that. Mostly I don't have time to make eggs in the morning and don't really care for eggs that have been refridgerated or frozen they are just not as fluffy.
