Does anyone know where I could find a shopping list for Induction safe foods? And also some Induction recipes?

    Thanks

    Re: Shopping?

In the Atkins Dieting Faq's, which is in the phases grouping (where we are) there is a thread about safe foods. There is also a wallet sized list you can print out.

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
