    Whenever I enter something I enter with a positive attitude and don't judge things before I've experienced them, this also applied when I started the atkins on wednesday (3 days ago), I weighed just over 11.5 stone (sorry not sure how much that is in Ib's) weighed myself yesterday and I'm just under 11! amazing stuff me reckons I've stuck rigid to the plan and to be honest it's not that hard, I'm also starting my 3/4 times cardio next week as my skin is getting a little saggy, anyone else have this problem?

    BTW 1 stone = 14 pounds for our international (non UK) members.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      weigh to go but why are you not doing Atkins this week? Dr Atkins says in DANDR chapter 15 and 22 if you are not exercising you are not doing his program. Start todsy not next week.

        I did actually go gym today did some weight training also 20 minutes jogging on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the steppers and 20 minutes on the cross-trainer hope to do this 3/4 times a week, I've heard that swimming is good for weight any gen on this?
