  • Is This Normal

I am currently on day 9 of a clean induction, yesterday I discovered at certian times of the day my pee was bright yellow, the same followed today. I currently drink 4-5 litres of water daily and take all recommended supplements is this normal?

I think the neon pee is a result of vitamin B added to your diet.
You are not alone in noticing this side effect

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Yes, I agree with Elizellen, I call that bladder happy pee. I am prone to urinary tract infections but as long as I take my high B vitamins I am fine, so I am happy to see that bright yellow pee.

Trying to loose about 20 pounds or one dress size, even 2 pounds at the end of induction is not a bad thing as I have little to loose and I am one of those unfortunate souls with a high metabolic resistance!
