  • What should I eat during induction?

Hi, everyone! I'm new here and would like to get started on induction tomorrow. Based on DANDR, I went to the grocery store yesterday and here's what I picked up:

    head of broccoli
    head of cauliflower
    3 cucumbers
    1 red bell pepper
    grape tomatoes
ready to eat sliced button mushrooms
ready to eat bagged fresh spinach
    2 dozen eggs
    sausage links
    sweet cream butter
    cheddar cheese
    shredded parmesan cheese
    mayo
    ranch dressing
    fish - tilapia filets
    boneless, skinless chicken breast

Can you provide me with some menu suggestions based on these ingredients? I already used 1 dozen of the eggs to prepare deviled eggs to be used as snacks. I'd love some other *simple* recipes since I'm not much of a cook, and even if I were, I don't have a lot of time to spend on meal preparation. Thanks!

Re: What should I eat during induction?

I basically cooked a weeks worth of food unflavored and allowed my tastebuds to tell me what they wanted during induction so I never felt restricted at all.

cook all of your chicken to the minimum safe to eat temp. then when you are ready toss whatever flavor you want any herb and spice that is sugarless can be used in a bag for microwaving or in a frying pan with a little healthy oil or butter and finish cooking your chicken for your meal that way you are not bored cause if you want italial you got it mexican you got it greek you got it chinses you got it. whatever you want.

pre cut your veggies so they are ready to go too and then meal prep takes very little time or you can do it on the fly
