I had a half a piece of salmon and some greens. Any suggestions for a light snack for dinner. I ate this at 3:00pm

lettuce rollup with some protein and fat filling of your choice

Congratulations for eating fish. Its a wonderful food that tastes better and better the longer you are on Atkins.
Since you had fish, have meat for dinner, and more veggies. Stay full!
