I thought it would be fun to post a thread about the good things you've noticed so far during induction. What you see and feel can be a powerful motivator! Even if you're just two days in and getting tired - that means your body is detoxing, so that is good!
Post how many days you're into induction, and what you've noticed so far.
Me: I am 10 days into induction. I've lost 12 pounds, and I can now take off my jeans without unbuttoning/unzipping them! Yay! I also notice my skin is clearing up like crazy, which I think is also due to the exersize I'm doing. All of that is a good thing! I used to have great skin until I fell off the wagon. I'm glad it is coming back.

So I got a Large Decaf Ice coffee w/2 splendas. Lunch was sirloin tips and a Small side ceasar salad sans crouts. Dinner was Baked chicken, buttered green beans and homemade coleslaw-sugarless. (keto's rosy reddish)
