  • day one complete!!!!!!!!!!

    well one step in the right direction... today i just got finished my dinner 2 pieces of boneless chicken breast and 2 cups of broccoli rabbi... yummy yummy this completes my day one eating. im really going to try and not eat after 6pm.. oh yeah i had a liter of seltzer water with my meal

    Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
    On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
    Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
    Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

      im really going to try and not eat after 6pm..
      But you could if you wanted too. Just make sure it's induction friendly

          Good for you! Just remember that there is no time limit or restriction on Atkins. If you are awake and you get hungry - eat! Just don't stuff yourself just for the sake of snacking. I find that by letting myself go hungry, I actually end up having a harder time stopping once I start to eat.

                You're doing great! The first 3 days of induction are a time of transition for your body. Soon you should find cravings disappearing and energy levels soaring (usally by the end of day 3). Be sure to read DANDR and try to have some quantity of fat, protein and veggies with every meal for best results.
