    Today is my third day and starting off to a great start. For breakfast, I have ate 2 eggs, and a piece of white fish.

    I seem to be getting hungrya little more. For example, I was hungry late last night and ended up scrambling a couple of eggs around 10:00pm.
    Any suggestions on what to do regarding this aspect????

    Hi Kerry,

    Think you'd have to post a couple of days of menu's so some of the experts can have a butchers at what you're eating and why you are still getting hungry.

    Maybe you aren't having enough fat? Try entering what you have on fitday.com - you are looking for a ratio of 65% fat (gulp!), 5% carb and 30% Protein.

    Plus it is only day 3... Are you in ketosis?

        You need to get out of being dependent on sugar. To do this, you need to get into ketosis. Once in ketosis, you will find cravings to drop a lot. A soon there after, your appetite will go down.

        Get ketosis strips at your local pharmacy to see if you have entered ketosis.

          It will take about 5 days for you to stop being "hungry". That is how long it takes me. Once after that though, it's like I have to force myself to eat.

            Today, I ate 2 eggs, and a small piece of fish for breakfast, mid-morning snack-I had tuna with mayo and 1 boiled egg chopped up in it. For lunch, I had broccoli and fish, and for dinner, I ate 2 hotlinks with spinach.

            Am I on the right track. This is the end of day three for me.

              If you can, try to have some of your 3 cups of veggies at each meal/snack to spread any bloodsugar spikes across the day.

              And check the 'hotlinks' for ingredients not on the allowed list too - just in case!!
