  • day 2 for me

    I feel good. I woke up last night so thirsty and this morning the water bottle was glued to my hip. I normally get the buzzy, dizzy headaches but not anymore. Maybe because I chew sugarfree orbitz gum- only 2 pieces daily. I havent had my piece today -yet. My breakfast was 4 eggs this morning. Last nights dinner, pork chops and string beans w/ chicken buillon. WHAT A LIFESTYLE!!!!WHERE ELSE CAN YOU EAT THIS DELICIOUS FOODS AND LOSE WEIGHT!!! I picked up some pepperoni, garlic pickles, sausage and string cheese. This time I WILL SUCCEED.

    Mmmm, garlic pickles sound so good!



    I'm on day two of my restart. Feeling pretty good today. Drank about 140oz of water yesterday. Needless to say, the office potty saw a lot of me. LOL!

        Thanks you 2 for your reply. Yes, at work i was afraid they would think I'm pregnant running to the bathroom soo much! I had a diet coke w/ splenda....im not going to do THAT too often... I had a snack of pepperoni and string cheese. For dinner, tuna over salad. Oh and orbitz cinnamon gum stick ( i just came from a funeral and i didnt want to offend the family)

          26 yr 5'2 F
          Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
          On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
          Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
          Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

            Sure angelstar! Do you wanna just post here? Since I seem to be returning to this post often to chk on new entries. Today is day 3 and I'm still on a roll (not literally lol). I want to weigh myself, but im not. I want so badly to stick to this. I added to my weightloss motivation book 10 reasons I wanted to lose weight. Hey that's not a bad idea.....maybe I'll start a thread like that when i come back (im going to the meat market to pick up tonights dinner). TTYL

              Woohoo, I've got a buddy!!

              I've just read ur day 4 post. Keep at it. I know when there are times when you are in a rush and grabbing something full of carbs is the only option. We both know that Induction needs to be a CLEAN as possible. If you need to go to a shop then get some cheese and water or diet coke if you're not cutting out caffiene.

              A list is definately a good idea. If you ever get down then you can read it again and feel abit more motivated. I've taken a pic of me in my underwear and its on my laptop. Its the worse photo of me that I've ever seen and when my bf took it I cried. But the idea was to make me more motivated and I havent needed to look at it yet!

              Another idea is to set mini goals for urself. How much have you got to lose altogether? I've split mine into 14lb goals. Sorry just seen ur mini goal of 160lbs. How long have you given urself to reach that weight? What is ur current weight? I wana see a pic of you!!
