Since you've only got 22 lbs to lose, you could expect to lose 5-10% of that during the first 14 days. That would be 2.2 lbs. Since you've already lost 6, that's just FABULOUS! Congratulations!~Joy

AS others have said - you are doing Great!!
After your 14 days induction make sure you move on to the next phase of Atkins to learn how to eat once you have reached goal while losing the rest of your excess poundage!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

I lost about 7 pounds in the first 2 weeks, and ultimately took off 35. Everybody's different, but I hope that helps!Sheila, Founder of SugarFreeSheila.com
