Re: How much weight did you lose during induction?
I seem to have stalled, so to speak. I haven't lost any weight in one week. It must be water weight.
My menu:
breakfast
1 egg 2-3 slices bacon
lunch
chicken or steak with 2 cups salad greens. oil and vinegar or blue cheese dressing.
dinner
chicken, pork or beef grilled or baked. creamed spinach, green beans, or zucchini. sometimes it's ground meat with tomatoes, sour cream and cheese or ground beed with ricotta, mozerella and parmesean.
snack:
russell stover low carb candy pieces. limit 3 per day.
cut up cheese and salami or pepperoni
cut up cucumbers
carb benefits ice cream bar (i limt the splenda)
I was losing weight when I drank black tea with coffeemate and ate cheese as a snack. I've stopped both and now my weight loss has stopped as well. i don't want to be on induction much past 3-4 weeks. It's summer and I need to eat summer fruit!
