I totally ruined my induction phase of the diet. I went off and now am kicking myself. I'm going to start back up but I'm really trying to motivate myself. I have a really hard time with breakfast (don't like hard boiled eggs or deviled eggs as breakfast food) and so I had an Atkins protein bar and it took me out of ketosis and that was my downfall. If anyone can suggest quick meals for breakfast I would love that! I never have time for cooking eggs.
Anyway, has anyone ever tried Total Control (otherwise known as Herbalife)? A personal trainer told me that it was one of the better diet aids on the market. I have a bunch of the bottles. I was thinking of using Total Control to get me started during the first few days of induction. If I can try to curb my cravings for sweets which are horrible in the first few days, I feel like I can get well into ketosis again. Does anyone know if this is ok? I'd like to get started again tomorrow but don't want to jeopardize my induction again.
Thanks!

I use a mini muffin tin, and mix up eggs, sausage, bacon (I crumble already made pieces) some onion - and you can also throw in some green or red peppers or whatever else you like in your omelets. I kind of measure by feel, usually 6-10 eggs depending on how many muffins I want to make, and then chop up some onion and some cooked sausage and bacon and the rest of anything I want (cheese is good in there too) and then mix it all together with a whip. Then I pour it into the muffin tins, trying to get an even mix.
